A Kmart store in Melbourne’s north has been closed after a team member tested positive to coronavirus.
The store in Barkly Square in Brunswick was closed on Saturday for cleaning.
“Our priority is to ensure the safety of our customers and team members,†a note on the store reads.

Kmart confirmed the incident in a statement.
“At Kmart, the health and safety of our team and customers is our highest priority,†the statement read.
“As soon as we were made aware, we immediately closed the store as a safety precaution and commenced a thorough sanitisation of the store.
“We are working closely with the Department of Health and will continue to keep our team and customers informed.â€
Victoria recorded 66 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday.
