Leeds are close to securing a permanent deal for Aarons having agreed to take Rodon on a season-long loan from Spurs, signings that would significantly strengthen their back-line.
Aarons, who played for Leeds head coach Daniel Farke at Norwich, is under contract at Carrow Road but is looking to make a move this summer after having been with the Norfolk team for nearly a decade.
