Live blog: EU summit

Europe isn’t done with its June summits just yet.

After a flurry of high-powered powwows involving Joe Biden earlier this month, it’s the turn of EU leaders to come together for two days of talks in Brussels.

On Thursday’s formal agenda: COVID-related travel rules, migration, and relations with Russia and Turkey. On the informal agenda: growing anger over Hungary’s anti-LGBTQ+ law.

On Friday, leaders are slated to discuss boosting the pandemic-stricken economy.
