An 86-year-old man was killed after officials said he was hit by a vehicle while crossing the road to get mail in Washington County early Tuesday morning. Coroner Tim Warco said in a release that Robert Coen, 86, was crossing the street to retrieve his mail when he was struck by a vehicle.
