Marcus Rashford says he was ‘shocked’ at Boris Johnson’s U-turn over providing food vouchers for some of England’s poorest families during the summer after a campaign launched by the England and Manchester United striker threatened to plunge the government into another crisis. Rashford told BBC Breakfast he was ‘grateful’ to the prime minister for the move, adding he would continue to fight for meals for children after the summer
