foxnews host mark levin said this week that a January 6th rioter convicted of threatening to hang then House speaker nancy pelosi (D-Calif.) and the police who accosted “did nothing.” (Listen to the audio below).
On his syndicated radio show Wednesday, Levin mentioned a two-year prison sentence delivered to Pauline Bauer, a restaurant owner in Pennsylvania.
“And I see that a woman today, in a bench trial … was sentenced to two years and literally did nothing. She just said, ‘come on,’ whatever she said about Pelosi.”
Whatever included Bauer yelling at police “get them out or we’re going in” during the siege of the Capitol, prosecutors said. “Bring nancy pelosi get out of here now. Us I want to hang that fucking bitch. take it out He also pushed a policeman.
Levin asked his guest, Julie Kelly of the far-right outlet American Greatness, if Bauer did anything.
Kelly responded, “No, he didn’t.”
Levin, who also hosts “Life, Liberty & Levin” on foxnewscalled Judge Trevor McFadden’s sentence a “disaster.”
“These judges are out of control,” Kelly said, adding that the House Jan. 6 committee and other accounts of the siege were “a total fabrication.”
Kelly has reportedly access has been granted to Capitol Hill security footage from Jan. 6 of House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.).
Of the more than 1,000 people arrested in connection with the insurrection, some 485 have been convicted, reported politician this week.
