Police in gas masks and full PPE were seen escorting the men out of the Pullman Hotel in Hindmarsh Square and put them into paddy wagons this afternoon.
One of the men was brought out in a wheelchair and with a bandage on his head.
They have been refused bail to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court tomorrow.
