The Pakistan Military has sentenced two of its retired officers by means of court docket martial after allegations of revolt had been proved in opposition to them.

The armed forces’ media wing stated the previous troopers had been charged with inciting sedition amongst military personnel from discharge of duties and violation of the provisions of Official Secrets and techniques Act 1923 associated to espionage and acts prejudicial to the protection and curiosity of the state.

The assertion stated that Adil Raja was awarded 14 years of rigorous imprisonment and Haider Raza Mehdi 12 years. 

“Pursuant to the awarded sentence, the ranks of each officers have been forfeited on 21 November 2023,” it added.
