Mother and boyfriend jailed for combined 50 years for murder of two-year-old Isabelle Welsh

A mother and her boyfriend been jailed for a combined total of 50 years for the murder of two-year-old girl, Isabelle Welsh.

Alexandra Walker, 26, and her boyfriend Harrison Simpson, 22, were convicted of murder and child cruelty at Teeside Crown Court this week.

Simpson was sentenced to a minimum of 28 years and Walker 22 years for murdering Isabelle Welsh.
