“Police have been told an 18-year-old man was riding an allegedly unregistered motorbike through the township of Leeton,” NSW Police said in a statement.
The rider was followed by motorists before he hit a car on Wamoon Avenue.
“The rider was wearing a helmet and was not seriously injured,” NSW Police said.
A 42-year-old man was charged with common assault.
The man was granted bail and will face court later this month.
