Multiple ambulance fire considered ‘arson’ in suspected ‘antisemitic hate crime’

Full statement from the London Fire Brigade:

“Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to vehicles on fire on Highfield Court in Golders Green.

“Four vehicles were damaged by fire. Multiple cylinders on the vehicles have exploded and caused windows to break in an adjacent block of flats. No injuries are reported.

“The Brigade’s 999 Control officers received the first of 56 calls alerting them to the fire at 0140. They mobilised fire crews from Hendon, West Hampstead, Mill Hill, Willesden and Kentish Town fire stations. The fire was under control at 0306.

“The cause of the fire is under investigation by Met police and London Fire Brigade.”
