Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Pakistan official Amir Mahmood said PTI‘The police, under pressure from Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), desecrated 74 graves of Ahmadis by destroying their tombstones in Daska town of Sialkot district in Punjab, about 100 kilometers from Lahore.’
Tension was still gripping Daska when the TLP threatened to raze the minarets of a historic place of worship of the Ahmadi community. The place of worship, located in the ancient city of Daska, was built before partition by Sir Zafarullah Khan, a member of the Pakistan Movement and the independent nation’s first foreign minister.
