Netflix presents the first trailer for Amar Singh Chamkila, starring Diljit Dosanjh and directed by Imtiaz Ali, watch video : Bollywood News – Bollywood Hungama

In addition to its stellar lineup, Netflix announced its next movie Amar Singh Chamkila, starring Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra in the lead roles. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film presents the untold true story of the original rock star of the Punjab masses, Amar Singh Chamkila, who rose from the shadows of poverty and reached the heights of popularity in the 1980s due to the absolute power of his music, which angered many. along the way, which ultimately led to his murder at the young age of 27. Chamkila, the best-selling artist of his time, is still regarded as one of the best live artists Punjab has ever produced.

With the maestro AR Rahman in charge of the film’s music, audiences will once again witness the magic of a Rahman – Imtiaz collaboration. Adding to the excitement, both Diljit and Parineeti have lent their voices to some of the songs.
