NIA Charges 13 Pakistani Citizens in Terrorist Financing Case | Indian News – India Times

NEW DELHI: The National Investigation Agency (ANI) on Friday filed a charge sheet against 13 Pakistani nationals, 10 of whom were arrested last year, in a case related to conspiracy to smuggle weapons and drugs from Pakistan via the Gujarat coast to finance terrorist activities in India.
Ten Pakistani citizens: Kadarbaksh Umetan Baloch, Amanullah Musa Baloch, Ismail Sabzal Baloch, Allahbaksh Hatar Baloch, Goharbaksh Dilmurad Baloch, Ammal Phullan Baloch, Gul Mohammad Hatar Baloch, Andam Ali Boher Baloch, Abdulgani Jungiyan baluchi and Abdulhakim Dilmurad Baloch – were arrested in December last year after the seizure of a fishing boat carrying 40 kg of drugs (heroin), six foreign-made pistols, six magazines and 120 9mm cartridges, together with documents, identification documents, Pakistani identity, mobile phones Pakistani phones and currency, off the coast of Okha. The three remaining Pakistani defendants go on the run.
