The Class One storm has been slowly churning throughout the Coral Sea, with the core of the cyclone anticipated to hit Australia’s japanese coast round noon Wednesday (2300 GMT Tuesday).

Meteorologists have forecast it is going to strengthen to a Class Two storm, bringing winds of 140 kilometres (87 miles) per hour, heavy rain and doable storm tides.
