Nvidia scales back $250 billion OpenAI data center guarantee, WSJ reports

Aug 14 : Nvidia has downsized plans for a $250 billion guarantee for an OpenAI data center, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The revised plan would lower Nvidia’s financial guarantee to less than $120 billion to address investor concerns about risk for the OpenAI data center, according to the report.
