One injured after shooting in Omaha’s Little Italy neighborhood

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – One person is in the hospital after a shooting in Omaha’s Little Italy neighborhood early Thursday.

Shortly after 3:30 a.m. Thursday, OPD officers responded to the shooting near 8th and Pierce streets.

Police dispatch confirmed the status of the injured person with First Alert 6 just before 3:45 a.m.
