Order Passover Dinner From Philly

Matzo ball soup and brisket, the Passover perennials, anchor this new Seder dinner for delivery from Abe Fisher, a Jewish-style (non-kosher) restaurant in Philadelphia owned by the chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook. The soup is well-flavored, the epic matzo balls are floaters and the brisket, braised in coffee, is rich and tender. Starters include housemade “matzo,” seasoned with everything spice; beet tartare zapped with horseradish; and spreadable chicken rillettes. A carrot-walnut haroseth is included, but you’re on your own for the rest of the Seder plate. There’s no gefilte fish either, but a sweet potato and apple kugel and a fudgy chocolate dessert are in the package. Hot dishes reheat easily. It’s ample for four to six, and though it will not ship until March 24, it will keep until Passover.

Abe Fisher Passover Meal Kit, $199, delivery included, goldbelly.com.
