Kangana Ranaut has accused some unnamed people from Bollywood of forcing Sushant Singh to suicide.
In a video message posted to her social media accounts, the actress lashed out at the media and people from the entertainment industry for creating the narrative that only “weak-minded” people take their own life.
She said Sushant was a highly educated actor whose social media posts suggest that he was concerned about being evicted from the industry.
The actress said a third-class movie like Gully Boy receives accolades while a far better movie “Chhichhore” featuring Sushant’s doesn’t get any recognition.
A 27-year-old man originally from Gauteng has died after being struck by the wing of a plane landing at the Graskop airstrip in Mpumalanga according to police.
According to a police spokesperson the incident took place on Monday morning 15 June.
The South African Police Service were called to attend the scene of an aviation incident at the Graskop airstrip.

It is believed that the man along with three colleagues, was making his way to work at a nearby construction company.
The deceased is said to have shouted a warning to his colleagues just before the plane struck him, ensuring the other three avoided danger.
Police have not indicated that there was any suggestion of negligence on the part of the pilot or airstrip management.
Emergency medical personnel attended the incident but the man was dead when they arrived on the scene.
“The police in Mpumalanga are investigating an inquest docket after the death of a 27-year-old man who was reportedly hit by the wing of a plane as it was landing today at Graskop,†SAPS spokesperson Brigadier Leonard Hlathi said on Monday 15 June.
“According to information, four men employed by a Graskop based construction company were on their way to work and were allegedly utilising the Graskop Air Strip runway.Â
“Whilst on the runway, a PA 28-181 model airplane hit the man with the wing during landing.Â
“The police as well as the medical personnel were summoned to the scene where the victim was unfortunately certified dead.â€
“Preliminary investigation has since revealed that before the horrific incident, the victim shouted and warned his fellow colleagues to move away from the runway as the plane was about to land.Â
“The report has also indicated that the four men, including the victim are from Gauteng and came to Graskop for employment.â€
The Civil Aviation Authority has been notified about the incident and they will carry out an investigation on the cause of the collision.Â
Inquest docket opened after old hospital caught fire
The police in Mpumalanga are investigating an Inquest docket to probe the tragic death of an old man, estimated to be 70 years old, who was discovered after the fire that partly burnt the old Volksrust hospital today.
“Twelve rooms in that regard where the elderly and unemployed people stayed were destroyed,†said Brigadier Hlathi said.
“The Emergency team comprising of police, ambulance as well as firefighters were summoned to the scene and discovered an old man inside one of the rooms motionless.Â
“The old man was unfortunately certified dead at the scene by the medical personnel.Â
“The cause of the blaze is unknown at this stage and will be investigated.â€
The Provincial Commissioner of South African Police Service in Mpumalanga, Lieutenant General Mondli Zuma has since conveyed his condolences to the family of the old man.Â
Joseph R. Biden Jr. and the Democratic National Committee had, by far, their biggest fund-raising month of the campaign in May, pulling in $80.8 million as large and small donors alike consolidated behind the presumptive Democratic nominee ahead of his fall contest with President Trump.
Mr. Biden had struggled with fund-raising throughout much of the primary season, but the pace of giving has sharply increased in recent months.
“I’m in awe of this sum of money,†Mr. Biden wrote in a note to supporters, announcing the figures.
The May haul was more than 30 percent higher than the $60.5 million that Mr. Biden and the party had raised in April, when Mr. Trump and the Republican National Committee raised $61.7 million. Mr. Trump’s campaign has not released figures for May yet.
Notably, May was also the first full month that Mr. Biden had an agreement to raise money in tandem with the D.N.C. through what is known as the Biden Victory Fund, which allows a single donor to give more than $620,000. Mr. Trump has been raising money in such large chunks for many months.
Mr. Biden’s campaign sought to highlight the role of small contributors in its growing fund-raising operation, noting that the campaign had tripled its number of online donors since February, and that more than half of the contributors last month were new to the campaign.
Mr. Biden began May with a fund-raising event held by alumni of the Obama administration that raised $1 million, and followed that with a series of high-dollar virtual fund-raisers held via Zoom.
The hosts of fund-raisers last month included Hillary Clinton; Gov. Gavin Newsom of California; David Cohen, a senior executive at Comcast who also hosted Mr. Biden’s first event the day he announced his candidacy in 2019; Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey; and Pete Buttigieg, another former 2020 rival.
Two potential running mates for Mr. Biden also headlined events in May: Senator Tammy Duckworth of Illinois and Representative Val Demings of Florida, whose event was attended by Mr. Biden’s wife, Jill Biden.
This spring, the Biden campaign named Rufus Gifford, who served as finance director on President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign, as deputy campaign manager, a decision seen as elevating the role of the finance operation inside the campaign.

The body of a pilot has been recovered after a US Air Force fighter jet crashed into the North Sea.
The F-15C Eagle, from the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk, crashed shortly after 09:30 BST while on a training mission.
The wreckage of the plane, thought to have crashed 74 nautical miles off the East Yorkshire coast, was found earlier.
The cause of the crash is currently unknown.
A spokeswoman for the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath said: “The pilot of the downed F-15C Eagle from the 48th Fighter Wing has been located, and confirmed deceased.

“The name of the pilot will not be released until all next of kin notifications have been made.

The Mission Mangal actor addressed the taboo regarding the mental checkups and said, “You call for a doctor if they are hurt but if they are stressed or depressed, you just tell them to think positively. Mental help and check-up is as necessary as everything else. No matter how much I talk about it, it is you who have to take the decision. Talk to either friends or family. I need the promise that you will search for a solution, which is not suicide. For now, I would just say this.â€

A decision on the future of the two-metre rule will be “underpinned” by science, the foreign secretary has said, as Downing Street was warned “millions of people depend on this decision”.
Speaking at the latest coronavirus news briefing, Dominic Raab the restriction is “something that can be looked at” as the virus is brought under control.
“There’s no magic to one or other particular measure, there will be different levels of risk whether it’s at two metres, one-and-a-half metres or one metre,” he said.
Sunak announces two-metre rule review
The foreign secretary added: “We are still going to make sure that all of the policy judgements that we rightly as politicians take and are accountable for are underpinned by the science.”
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has ordered a “comprehensive review” into the measure, which has been in place since March.
Since then, people in the UK have been told to maintain social distancing when around others from outside their own household.
This has meant trying to keep two metres (6.5ft) apart from others when outside, at work and in shops and supermarkets.
Government guidance acknowledges that “this will not always be possible”, but adds that the risk of infection increases the closer you are to someone with the virus.
France, Denmark and Singapore are among the nations that have a one-metre rule.
The World Health Organisation also recommends maintaining a distance of “at least” one metre.
But the UK is not an international outlier when it comes to advocating two metres – Canada and Spain also have a two-metre restriction in place.
A Downing Street spokesman said on Monday the review into the restriction would be completed in the “coming weeks”.
But a number of Conservative MPs want the findings to be published sooner.
They argue businesses like pubs and restaurants – which could begin to reopen on 4 July as part of the next phase of easing lockdown – need time to prepare.
Supporters of reducing the restriction to one metre say it would allow significantly more businesses, particularly in hospitality, to open their doors once more.
They also argue it would protect thousands of jobs and allow more pupils to go back to school.
Former Conservative minister Greg Clark, who is now chair of the Commons Science and Technology Committee, told MPs it was “peculiar” that “almost all other countries” have a smaller distance in place.
Why does the two-metre rule matter?
He said: “Many of these countries have a shorter distance rule but require face coverings to be worn. Why is it right for them but wrong for us?”
“Millions of people, workers in pubs, cafes and restaurants and in manufacturing industries, as well as children going to school and young adults in colleges and universities, depend on this decision.
“We’re fortunate in this country in having some of the very best scientists in the world, but so far our outcomes have not always been the very best in the world.
“Therefore ministers, officials and scientists should have the confidence, as good science itself does, to rigorously challenge current thinking and to apply lessons from the experience of others.”
Huge queues as England’s shops reopen
This was echoed by Tobias Ellwood, with the former minister saying “it’s now time for the government to decide”.
Fellow Tory MP Imran Khan claimed 3.5 million jobs are at risk if the two-metre restriction is not relaxed, while colleague Gary Sambrook said businesses are “desperate” for a reduction “so that they can survive”.
Sir John Redwood claimed the scientific evidence was “mixed and muddled”, as he called for an immediate reduction to one metre.
“If we want our hospitality industry to survive in any form, they need to know today so that they can prepare their routes and their tables and their screens and all the rest of it, leaving it until 4 July means many more lost jobs,” he said.
PM: ‘People should shop with confidence’
Labour’s shadow health minister Justin Madders also pushed the government on when the findings of the review would be published.
“We all want society to reopen but we do need to know the basis from which any changes will be made and when they will be made by,” he said.
Richard Burgon, a former shadow minister under Jeremy Corbyn, said the government would be “putting profits before public safety” if a one-metre restriction was introduced.
SNP health spokeswoman Dr Philippa Whitford said ministers “can’t just wish away the fact that the risk of transmission increases as people get closer and more than doubles from two metres to one”.

The upcoming live event currently known only as The Device or Doomsday will kick off on Monday 15 June, with the Season 3 launch delayed to Wednesday 17 June. Epic Games has not revealed a time for the game to go live.
The Fortnite Doomsday was originally expected to start on Saturday, 30 May at 19:05 BST (20:05 SAST, South African Standard Time) before the series of delays hit the event and Season 3 launch.
It was expected that the new event would have taken place on a Saturday. This is not the case this time around. Instead, the Fortnite Doomsday event kicked off on Monday 15 June 2020 from 19:05 UK time (20:05 SAST).

The Supreme Court delivered a resounding victory to the nation’s LGBTQ community on Monday, with Justice Neil Gorsuch declaring that it is “clear†that gay and transgender employees are protected by federal anti-discrimination laws.
“The answer is clear,†Gorsuch wrote in the court’s opinion of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, known as Title VII, which prohibits job discrimination “because of sex.â€
“An employer who fires an individual for being homosexual or transgender fires that person for traits or actions it would not have questioned in members of a different sex. Sex plays a necessary and undisguisable role in the decision, exactly what Title VII forbids,†he stated.

“There are truly no words to describe just how elated I am,†Gerald Bostock, whose firing for joining a gay recreational softball team was one of the cases considered by the court, said in a statement Monday.

(Reuters) – The United States will amend its prohibitions on U.S. companies doing business with China’s Huawei to allow them to work together in standards setting for next-generation 5G networks, according to people familiar with the matter.
The U.S. Commerce Department and other agencies signed off on the rule change, and it is awaiting publication in the Federal Register, the people said.
The Commerce Department did not immediately respond to requests for comment. A Huawei spokeswoman, Michelle Zhou, had no immediate comment.
The amendment comes a little more than a year after the United Stages placed Huawei on the Commerce Department’s so-called “entity list,†thereby restricting sales of U.S. goods and technology to the company. The U.S. government cited national security concerns in taking the action.
Industry officials say the rule change should not be viewed as a sign of weakening U.S. resolve against Huawei, the world’s largest telecommunications equipment maker. They say the Huawei entity listing backfired in standards settings, where companies develop specifications to allow equipment from different companies to function together.
With U.S. companies uncertain what technology or information they could share after the listing, engineers from some U.S. technology firms stopped engaging, giving Huawei a stronger voice in some standards bodies.
The amendment “will be a significant help to U.S. companies maintaining leadership in international standards groups without affecting the government’s objectives regarding Huawei,†said Washington trade lawyer Kevin Wolf.
Reuters exclusively reported last month that the amendment had been drafted and was awaiting approval.
