Pakistan’s Ministry of Well being confirmed the presence of poliovirus in additional samples of sewage water from Karachi’s South District and Balochistan’s Chaman.
The Well being Ministry on Tuesday confirmed poliovirus in environmental samples of Quetta district.
Based on the Ministry of Well being spokesperson, the poliovirus was present in two samples of sewage water from Quetta.
He stated that the surveillance system of the polio program may be very robust, as per ARY Information.
The spokesperson stated that the federal government is guaranteeing efficient measures to eradicate polio. He stated an built-in technique has been formulated in high-risk areas of polio.
