Pakistan: Sindh Chief Minister Meets Opposition Leader To Elect Interim CM

Shah criticized the former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan for “repudiating the sind government, according to the Geo News report. He stressed that the then federal government and the provincial opposition made it difficult to manage the affairs of the sind Assembly.
Murad Ali Shah He said that if he and the opposition leader do not reach a consensus to appoint the interim Chief Minister, then the matter will go to the parliamentary committee of the provincial assembly, Geo News reported.
However, if the matter remains undecided in the committee, then the name of the interim prime minister will be chosen by the provincial election commission. He further said that he will remain in the post until an interim CM is appointed.
