Also on India’s terrorist list, Panjwar was shot dead by unidentified gunmen while taking a morning walk near his residence in Lahore. Panjwar (63) was designated as a terrorist by India under the Illegal Activities (Prevention) Act in July 2020.

Born in the Panjwar village of Tarn Taran in 1960, he was a key leader of the KCF, which is listed as a terrorist organization. Based in Lahore, he had been operating from there.
Last week, UK-based Avtar Singh Khanda, who led an attempt to vandalize the Indian High Commission in London in March and had helped Waris Punjab De leader Amritpal Singh as he fled from Punjab police, he died in a Birmingham hospital.
In January 2020, Harmeet Singh aka Happy PhD was shot dead near Lahore. Investigative agencies said he had been instrumental in training Khalistan Liberation Force modules in India and some Gulf countries.
He was one of the defendants in targeted killing cases in Punjab between 2016 and 2017. RSS leader Brigadier Jagdish Gagneja (ret.) and Ludhiana Pastor Sultan Masih was among the six victims.
The wanted list also includes Wadhawa Singh Babbar @ Chacha, Lakhbir Singh @ Rode, Ranjeet Singh @ Neeta, Bhupinder Singh Bhinda, Gurmeet Singh Bagga, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, Paramjit Singh @ Pamma, Arshdeep Singh Gill aka Arsh Dala and Harwinder Singh Sandhu , all accused of violence in the name of Khalistan.
Ripudaman Singh Malik, 75, was shot to death in Surrey, Canada on June 15, 2022.
Malik and co-defendant Ajaib Singh Bagri had been acquitted in 2005 of charges of mass murder and conspiracy related to the 1985 Air India Flight 182 bombing that killed 329 people. Malik was associated with Babbar Khalsa.
