Pakistan on Saturday welcomed the adoption of the decision titled, “Measures to Fight Islamophobia,” by the UN Normal Meeting with an amazing majority.

In accordance with an announcement issued by the Ministry of International Affairs, the decision was introduced by Pakistan on behalf of the Group of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) as a follow-up of the Normal Meeting Decision 76/254, which designated fifteenth of March because the Worldwide Day to fight Islamophobia.
