OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Omaha Police Department is investigating after a shooting Saturday night that left a man dead.
Officers responded to the shooting near 120th and Miami streets, in the northwest area, just after 11 p.m. Saturday.
OPD says when officers arrived, the victim had been taken to the hospital by a private vehicle. He was later declared dead.
In a release to First Alert 6, the victim was identified as 22-year-old Sirr London Houston Earl Bonner.
There was a large police presence at the Methodist Hospital following the incident Saturday.
