Police announced Wednesday that Billingsley is wanted in connection with an attempted murder, arson and rape that occurred Sept. 19 in the 800 block of Edmonson Avenue. Evidence gathered throughout his investigation helped police connect Billingsley to both crimes. Detectives are now reviewing all cases since October 2022 to determine if he could be linked to any more, according to police. Billingsley is considered armed and dangerous.
