Police swarm infant’s school after body found

Police rushed to a residential area in Leicestershire this morning after the body of a man was found in the grounds. The harrowing discovery was made at Townend Road in Barwell, near Hinckley, on Thursday morning, November 27 – the same road as Barwell Infant School. 

Police said to have received reports of a body being found at approximately 7.30am. A forensic team and officers headed to the scene, with uniformed police standing by the school’s gate.
