It was totally stopped,” said Raleigh Berry of Washington, who was able to avoid the traffic. Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 spoke to a couple over the phone while they waited in traffic on the Westbound side of I-70. “About 12 or so vehicles in front of me it looked to be three to five vehicles that were definitely involved in an accident,” said Steven Pascoe.“Also, on the other side of the road, so eastbound, when we pulled up to the stopped traffic there were two cars I think in the middle, the median ditch, and there’s a semi that’s jackknifed,” described Regan Pascoe.The Pascoe’s were stuck for roughly an hour and a half before traffic started moving again.
