“Probably nothing like it in the entire Queensland,” Mr Juresic said.

The 1250 square metres of floor space is almost unheard of for an apartment, as is a nightclub and garage space for 23 cars.

“Literally a nightclub in the middle of the penthouse with amazing views as well,” he said.

So, how much will the property cost? Put simply, no one knows.

“It’s almost impossible to put a price on it because there’s nothing like it. We are testing the market we are getting interested parties from all over the world,” Mr Juresic said.
