SS Rajamouli’s RRR made history and made India proud by winning the Oscar for Best Original Song. MM Keeravani and lyricist Chandrabose accepted the award on behalf of the team. Singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava and composer along with director SS Rajamouli and lead actors Jr NTR and Ram Charan were present at the grand event. Now, Ram Charan has shared an image with all the trophies won by the RRR team.
Ram Charan’s wife, Upasana Kamineni Konidela, shared a picture of the actor on her Instagram account. Ram Charan can be seen in the image shining with the Oscar and many other trophies. For the uninitiated, RRR previously won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song. In addition, he received numerous awards from the Hollywood Critics Association. Other than that, RRR’s winning streak has earned him a lot of praise.
On the big win, Ram Charan took to his social media account, writing: “RRR is and always will be the most special movie of our lives and Indian cinema history. On the celebratory occasion, Keeravani won hearts with her winning speech. He said, ”Thank you Academy. I grew up listening to carpenters and now here I am with the Oscars. He then began to sing these lines: ‘There was only one wish on my mind, just like Rajamouli and my family. RRR has to win all the prides of India and must put me on top of the world. Thank you Karthikeya and thank you all!”
