Reacher Season 3 Makes Big Switch After Paramount TV Cancelled

Based on the novels by Lee Child, Reacher is a major hit on Amazon Prime going into Season 3. It stars Alan Richson as Jack Reacher, a former member of the Army’s military police, who wanders America being thrust into adventures. The show is part military action thriller and part police procedural, with the first season centered around Jack being falsely accused of murder, but the second focused more on his military past.  

The popularity of Reacher may shield it from the most serious changes as it goes into Season 3. While cancellations are common in these types of situations, the fact that it is one of the biggest shows on Amazon Prime will likely prevent that from happening. However, fans should be on the lookout for more news about the show as it changes hands between studios.
