Colorado Avalanche head coach Jared Bednar has been held out of the team’s morning skate Thursday due to an irregularity in his COVID-19 test results, according to NHL.com’s Nick Cotsonika.
According to The Athletic’s Peter Baugh, all of the Avalanche’s players who suited for Game 5 of the team’s second-round series vs. the Vegas Golden Knights, aside from J.T. Compher, are taking part in the session at T-Mobile Arena.
Colorado looks to stave off elimination at the hands of the Golden Knights on the road in Game 6 at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT on Sportsnet and SN Now.
More to come.
