Star running back Ezekiel Elliott is among several Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans players who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.
None of the players visited their respective facilities while the teams were said to have followed proper health protocols.
Rapoport reports that Elliott is “feeling good,” per his agent, Rocky Arceneaux.
The curve in Texas continues to rise, with more than 89,000 confirmed, according to data via the New York Times. The number of hospitalizations from COVID-19 in the state reached a record high of 2,287 on Sunday, per CBS News.
