COVID-19 Information

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone who is eligible stay up-to-date on vaccinations including all primary series doses and boosters for their age group. Find the latest resources and guidance on COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines below. For immediate assistance or questions, please call our COVID-19 Call Center at 928-679-7300.

COVID-19 Testing

Please contact your healthcare provider, urgent care, or pharmacy for testing information. Please note, your insurance coverage of COVID-19 tests may have changed. Some insurance providers are no longer providing testing benefits.

COVID-19 Vaccinations

COVID-19 vaccinations are available at the CCHHS Health and Wellness Clinic, 2625 N. King Street, Flagstaff when supplies are available. Please check back for updates or call (928) 679-7222 for information. Visit vaccines.gov for additional vaccination locations.

Flu Information

Flu vaccinations are available by appointment at the Coconino County Health & Human Services (CCHHS) Health and Wellness Clinic at 2625 N. King Street, Flagstaff. Call the CCHHS Clinic at (928) 679-7222 to make your appointment. Flu vaccinations are $30. High-dose or adjuvanted vaccines are $50. Most insurance is accepted. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.
