Russia changes strategy: non-stop alerts in Kyiv

Russia is attacking warehouses, ports and Ukrainian-bound ships. Coming up with the correct response is crucial, writes political scientist Maksimas Milta on LRT:

“Food warehouses are not the only targets Russia has set its sights on. … It doesn’t take a genius to see what a global force Ukrainian agriculture is, and what impact the disruption of grain transport via the Black Sea is having on both the international and the Ukrainian economy. … The beginning autumn and the approaching winter will be harder for the people of Ukraine than the summer was. … And one of the key factors for Ukraine’s survival will be its ability to establish a logistics system unlike anything ever seen before.”
