Semi-trailer veers off southbound I-35 and rolls over in northeast Oklahoma City
OKLAHOMA CITY —
Crews are working to clear the scene where a semi-trailer veered off Interstate 35 and rolled over in Oklahoma City.
The crash happened around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday just off the southbound lanes of I-35 between Northeast 36th and Northeast 50th Streets.
Sky 5 showed that the semi-trailer had rolled over off the side of the highway and into part of Lincoln Park Golf Course.
While traffic is moving smoothly so far this morning, a backup could build up ahead of rush hour.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers told KOCO 5 that the semi-trailer was carrying some kind of cleaning material. The driver was not injured.
KOCO 5 will provide more details as they become available.
