SENEGAL : Major solar street light project nixed over no tender contract

Senegal’s ANER renewable energy agency, whose boss Djiby Ndiaye had announced a vast solar street lighting project in eight regions, will have to review its plans after the public procurement regulator rejected its plan to use a direct agreement contract.
