The eastbound lanes of the Parkway East are closed following a serious accident near the Greenfield Bridge Saturday morning. According to PennDOT, all outbound lanes of I-376 are closed between the on-ramp from Bates Street at the Oakland interchange at the Squirrel Hill Tunnel. Emergency crews are on scene.
