Union Minister of State for Agriculture, Farmers’ Welfare and Meals Processing Industries Shobha Karandlaje on Wednesday sought an investigation by the Nationwide Investigation Company into the alleged pro-Pakistan slogan elevating incident within the Vidhana Soudha corridors in Bengaluru on Tuesday.
Talking to presspersons in Udupi, the Minister puzzled how a number of males entered the Vidhana Soudha when there was safety preparations for the Rajya Sabha elections and entry was restricted for these with out cross.
She mentioned that Rajya Sabha member Syed Nasser Hussain must be interrogated. ‘‘I’ll write a letter to the Union House Minister to analyze the matter by way of the NIA. The Congress is making an attempt to divide the nation,” she mentioned.
“Chief Minister Siddaramaiah permits anyone contained in the corridors of Vidhana Soudha to appease some part of individuals. The reality will come out if the NIA probes this matter of pro-Pakistan sloganeering,” she added.
Earlier she launched the Bharath rice at ₹29 per kg close to Adi Udupi Market space.
