Zeno Group appoints Swyn Evans as CEO of Singapore

integrated communication agency Zenon Group has appointed Swyn Evans as its new managing director of its Singapore business, according to a statement from the agency. She will report to the president of Asia Pacific Paul Mottram in his new role.

Goldman Sachs names BlackRock executive as global co-head of consultant relations

Goldman Sachs has hired former BlackRock executive Patrick O’Donnell as managing director and global co-head of consultant relations, alongside Lauren Oakes, a spokesperson told Reuters in an emailed statement. O’Donnell was a managing director and senior leader in the Global Consultant Relations team at BlackRock and before that worked at BNP Paribas Asset Management.

Atlassian promotes Avani Prabhakar as global head of talent and business partners

Atlassian Corporation (NASDAQ: TEAM), a leading provider of team productivity and collaboration software, announced the promotion of Avani Prabhakar to Global Director of Human Resources Talent and Business Partners. In this newly created role, Prabhakar will focus on accelerating performance as the company grows, driving efficiencies in talent and employee programs, and expanding the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) program.

Zoetis appoints Mod Boonpektrakul as head of human resources

Zoetis, a distinguished Fortune 500 company specializing in animal health, has recently appointed Mod Boonpektrakul as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Southeast Asia and South Asia regions.
Mod Boonpektrakul, previously HR Director of Thailand’s Carabao Group, brings a wealth of experience to this role. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Boonpektrakul is well equipped to take Zoetis’ HR function to new heights in dynamic regions.

Singapore Stock Exchange appoints Michael Syn as president
Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) has designated michael without as its new president, the exchange operator said Thursday. Syn was the head of equities at the exchange. SGX also announced a new structure to capitalize on its multi-asset offering and further scale the business across products and platforms.

Peter Bains takes over as Group CEO of Biocon Ltd

Biotechnology company Biocon Ltd has appointed Peter Bains as executive director of the group. Bains resigned from his position as independent non-executive director of the board of directors of Biocon Ltd with immediate effect to assume this executive role as chief executive of Biocon Group, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Human8 appoints Camille Nicita as new global CEO

Human8 (formerly known as InSites Consulting), the new human-powered consultancy, announced that its co-founder and current global CEO, Kristof De Wulf, will pass responsibility to Camille Nicita, currently managing director for North America.
