NEW DELHI — Women make up 17.4% of all decision makers at Southeast Asia-based venture investors, according to the latest report from DealStreetAsia’s Data Vantage.
Additionally, about 67% of Southeast Asian investors still do not have a woman in an investment decision-making role, according to Women in SE Asia’s VC Ecosystem 2023. While cause for concern, the figure is an improvement from 2022, when approximately 77% of investors lacked a single female check writer.
