Santander appears to be down as thousands have gone online to report issues. Downdetector, a platform tracking people experiencing issues on other sites and apps, recorded more than 2,800 people shortly before noon saying they were having problems related to the Santander site or application.
A few customers of the bank also took to the comment section to claim they could not log onto the app or site. One wrote: “Can’t log on with app or pc. Online chat seems broken as well.” Another wrote: “Anyone else having problems logging in to Santander? can’t log in on app or computer”.
