Thousands stranded at major UK airport due to sinkholes as all trains cancelled’

Chaos has been reported at Gatwick Airport in London after sinkholes were discovered, leading to the closure of all train lines between Purley and East Croydon. The Gatwick Express is also suspended and isn’t expected to run until Monday morning.

Passengers have been seen waiting outside the airport.
