Ayesha Shroff, mother of Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, has reportedly been the victim of financial fraud. According to Mumbai Police officers, Ayesha Shroff has allegedly been cheated out of Rs. 58.53 lakhs for a kickboxer whom she had appointed as a staff member at her son’s MMA Matrix firm.

According to a PTI report, the complaint filed by Ayesha Shroff at the Santacruz police station indicates that the kickboxing association fighter, identified as Alan Fernandes, was appointed as director of operations at Tiger Shroff’s MMA Matrix company. The company specializes in providing mixed martial arts training and is led by Ayesha Shroff.
Fernandes, who joined the firm as a director in 2018, is alleged to have raised money worth ₹58.53 lakhs for hosting 11 tournaments in India and abroad through the company. However, instead of using the funds for their intended purpose, he allegedly deposited them into his personal account.
Following the incident, Ayesha Shroff filed a complaint on May 3, prompting police to take action. Fernandes has been booked under sections 420, 408, 465, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. In the meantime, more details about the case are awaited.
