It’s the weekend, but I’m sorry to report that there really is no rest for the wicked. My flooring project continues, thankfully with the help of my dad, who is better than me at all things home improvement.
I am exhausted! Well and truly wiped out from this long week of illness, house projects, and word puzzles. I guess any week that starts with a stomach bug is sure to leave you, well, pooped.
Alright, let’s do this Wordle!

Wordle Robot Analysis
After every Wordle I solve, I head towards to the Wordle Bot home page to see how my guessing game went.
It’s not the worst guessing game of all time, but it’s not the best either.
Janky It’s a word I’ve been using a lot lately. Just I like it. It perfectly describes what it is supposed to describe. When you write about dialogue in a TV show that never quite fits together. When you play a video game, there are some errors. Janky. In any case, perhaps it was a wild guess, leaving me with 106 words left and two yellow boxes. It’s not great, it’s not terrible.
Coast reduced that number to the lucky number 13, and alien (like those who speak in Mexico) they left me only one possible solution: angel for the victory. Hallelujah and hurrah!
PS One of the books. in my recent fantasy reading guide—between two fires by Christopher Buehlman, deals with angels and demons in a truly fascinating way, giving us a fictional Black Death in medieval France caused by the forces of hell.
Today’s score
Once again, I lose a point for losing to the Bot (who got the Wordle in three today) and I get 0 for guessing in four. -1 for a sincere server. Boo!
