Togo • Legal battle deepens over ruling in Union Togolaise de Banque case

The Togolese judiciary is refusing to enforce the ruling handed down by the CCJA in Abidjan against UTB in its dispute with Tele Mobil International, on the grounds that the bank has not been incorporated into the registers of the Togolese revenue office. The company has lodged a final appeal.
