Tropical Storm Franklin is expected to become a hurricane
The National Hurricane Center is tracking Tropical Storm Franklin, which is expected to strengthen into a hurricane. According to the NHC’s Friday morning update, Franklin was about 215 miles east-northeast of Grand Turk Island and had maximum sustained winds of 60 mph.
