All eyes will be on the latest UK employment report on Tuesday.

Commenting on the backdrop leading up to that launch, Michael Hewson, chief market analyst at CMC Markets United Kingdomsaid: “With the CPI starting to slow, the Bank of England has to deal with an outlook in which wage growth is likely to remain stiff for some months, at the same time as inflation is starting to slow.
“They should also be aware of the fact that the 14 rate increases already implemented have not yet been fully felt and it could take a few more months before their effects are fully realized.”
Meanwhile, on the other side of the English Channel, financial markets will be awaiting the German economic index from the ZEW institute covering the month of September.
Spanish consumer price data for August will also be published.
On the business side, investor attention is likely to focus on Apple’s “Wonderlust” event ahead of what is typically the strongest quarter each year for the American tech giant.
Rumors point to the possible launch of a new iPhone 15 and Apple Watch series 9, Hewson added.
A new standard iPad with improved chipsets is also likely to be introduced, along with the new USB-C charging connector.
Another possibility is an upgrade to the VisionPro headset.
