Two young women have been arrested on suspicion of causing a serious injury to a child in Rochdale, police have said.
The women, aged 19 and 20, were arrested at a property in Blackburn on Sunday.
Officers had responded to a concern for the welfare of a child at Spotland Tops, Rochdale, at around 4.16pm on Saturday, Greater Manchester Police said.

Emergency services attended and the child was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
The child had fallen from a first-floor window, according to reports.
Greater Manchester Police said inquiries are ongoing.
