LONDON, Oct 30 (Reuters) – Britain’s oil and gasoline regulator, the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA), on Monday awarded 27 new hydrocarbon exploration licenses, at the same time as local weather activists criticise the federal government for permitting contemporary drilling.
