Most of the time she sets the internet on fire with her bold and sultry fashion sense, but this time she’s here for a different purpose. The social media sensation has reacted to actress Sonali Kulkarni’s recent video on gender equality. Calling him ‘insensitive’, Urfi Javed disputed the statement, asking ‘what is wrong with wanting a husband whose income is good?’
The Bigg Boss OTT contestant disagrees with Sonali’s comments. She wrote: “How insensitive, whatever you say! Are you calling modern women lazy when they handle their work and household chores together? What’s wrong with wanting a husband who earns well? The Dil Chahta Hai actress said, “Bharat mai bahut saari ladkiyan aalsi hai, unko aisa boyfriend chahiye ya pati chahiye, jiske pass achi naukri ho, jiske pass ghar ho, jisko insurance ho ki usko increment milega hi milega, par us ladki mai itni “I want to advise everyone to encourage the women in your house and make them capable enough so that they can take care of their expenses and also support their partner.” She goes on to say many other things by sharing that she feels sorry for her husband , brothers and all the other men, who are working hard to support their families.

It was a Met Gala type of event and many Bollywood celebrities turned up looking their best. On the professional front, she was seen on Season 1 of Bigg Boss OTT last year and rose to stardom. Urfi was recently seen on the MTV reality show Splitsvilla X4.
